Meet the Peaquad Team

Kim, is recognized for her outstanding client relationships and community involvement in Montgomery County. She began her design career while still in high school at Woodlands, and later worked for Branson Construction. Her career continued with eBS Mechdata before branching out into consulting in 2017. Kim mentored women and young professionals for MHEDA and AED, and served on the board of local charities Shark At The Moon and Project Pirouette. She was a founding member of Innovative Women in Business, the Woodlands Chapter of ABWA, and has been actively engaged with The Woodlands Chamber for many years. She became enamored with organic, native and pollinator gardens and enjoys sharing it.

Rusty, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in contracting, landscaping, and beautiful custom builds from across the blue ridge mountains to the bayou gulf. He has worked for exceptional powerhouse companies, including Arch-Con and Brightview Landscaping. His recent commercial projects include SHSU main campus, Houston Zoo's 2023 Galapagos exhibit, and University of Houston's downtown and main campuses. Rusty is a skilled craftsman with exceptional attention to detail and a n easy client approach.
